Introducing Upskill 2030, an initiative powered by Colorado Thrives. Our mission is to upskill and place 30,000 underserved Coloradans into quality jobs by 2030. We are achieving this goal through ambitious hiring targets with top employers, strategic partnerships with certified upskilling programs, and meticulous tracking of job placements in key industries.

Colorado Thrives works to advance economic mobility for all Coloradoans through inclusive growth and innovation.

We are led by a group of 15 current and former executives, primarily CEOs, from some of Colorado’s largest companies who have made a commitment to collectively leverage our voices, platforms, talent and resources to help Colorado thrive for the long-term.
